Eligibility: The LIZ Rent Giveaway ("the Giveaway") is available to Australian residents who are at least 18 and part of a household that's paid rent via LIZ for two consecutive months before the date of the giveaway draw. However, LIZ Employees, their family, and anyone else living in their house can't participate. The Giveaway follows all applicable laws and regulations.

‍Agreement to Rules: By participating, you ("the Contestant") agree to these rules and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree that LIZ's decisions about the Giveaway are final.

‍Giveaway Period: The Giveaway lasts for five months from July. We accept entries via sign up to LIZ, you will automatically be eligible once you are a LIZ user. Each months giveaway will be draw at 11:59pm on the last day of each month.

‍How to Enter: Households that have paid two consecutive months of rent via LIZ before the giveaway draw are automatically included in the Giveaway.

‍Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Giveaway will get $1,000 towards their next household rent payment. The money is split evenly among all housemates, regardless of how much each one contributes to the rent. LIZ decides all specifics of the prize. The prize can't be substituted for cash or transferred to anyone else.

‍Winner Selection and Notification: We pick the winner randomly, under the supervision of LIZ. We'll email the winner within 15 days after we select them. The winner may be notified by way of the LIZ contributing to their next rental payment.

‍Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, you give LIZ and anyone acting on our behalf, along with LIZ's licensees, successors, and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your entry, name, picture, voice, likeness, any statements you make about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. This can happen in any media, whether we know about it now or it's developed later, anywhere in the world, and it can happen forever, without us having to give you any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

‍Terms & Conditions: LIZ can, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway if a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond LIZ’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

‍Disputes: The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Australia.
